On account of State Assembly election in State of Maharashtara; Maharashtra Government has vide notification no. PHD/1114/CR-343/2014/XXIX declared 7th October, 2014 as Public Holiday/Holiday under Section 25 of Negotiable Instrument Act, in State of Maharashtara being Polling Day.
