“RESOLVED THAT the draft Profit and Loss Account for the year ended 31st March, 2009\ the period form 1st April, 2008 to 31st March, 2009 and Balance Sheet as on 31st March, 2009, as approved by the Board be submitted to the auditors for their Report thereon.”
“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Mr. ___________ and Mr. ____________ are her by severelly authorised to sign the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended 31st March, 200y, the Balance Sheet as at that Date and the Schedules annexed to these statements; on behalf of the Board of Directors”.
